SpringHill Suites by Marriott Menomonee Falls

A very comfortable and clean hotel that we enjoyed staying at. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Beds were clean and slept well. The bathroom was large and well lit. We spent time in the lobby area in the evenings as we had a larger group and it worked well for playing games and gathering. The breakfast was everything you'd want and expect. This hotel does allow dogs and there certainly were many there during our stay.

Extra clean, beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the rooms are spacious. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Limited to almost no noise heard from other rooms and there was a wedding party staying there! The breakfast buffet was very generous with a variety of hot and cold food for everyone. Of course there were waffles! That's a must. I highly recommend it. Only challenge was finding the entrance to the hotel since it's not well defined.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a while! This hotel has everything, nice helpful staff, fantastic breakfast. Great location, extremely clean and well maintained! If I had one complaint it would be that the pool is a little small but really that’s not a big deal. I was impressed with the cleanliness and it seems to be a newer building too so great value and great time.

From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a super comfortable bed, a nice sitting area, and a sleek, well-designed bathroom. We loved the complimentary breakfast — plenty of options (hot and cold), fresh coffee, and a clean, well-stocked dining area. The lobby is bright and inviting, and the entire hotel feels fresh and well-maintained. It’s also in a convenient location — close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to Milwaukee. Whether you're in town for business, visiting family, or just passing through, SpringHill Suites Menomonee Falls is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. The customer service at the front desk from everyone is outstanding. The room was clean, the shower was hit with great water pressure and the best was comfortable. I stayed here for work am will be staying again in March. Every time I’m in the area, definitely staying here. Accessible to interstate and plenty of places to eat close by.

The bed was comfy and rooms were clean. I would have given 5-stars if the breakfast was better. The egg and meat choices were not great.

My husband and I used the SpringHill Suites Marriott hotel in Menomonee Falls for block booking our wedding guests since it was near our home and wedding venue. The manager, Teeka, was outstanding throughout the entire process! During the year of planning, Teeka checked in with me regularly, was kind and supportive, and was flexible when things changed. She had a great response time and positive outlook as well! Our guests had a great experience when staying at the hotel and enjoyed the rooms! We also rented out the meeting room which was a great space to hold a meet & greet for our guests and everything was set up nicely! If you’re holding a wedding or event in the Menomonee Falls area, I can’t recommend SpringHill Suites enough. And a huge shoutout to Teeka for working with our big group! Cammie was also fantastic as a first point of contact a year prior to our wedding and gave us a tour of the hotel when we were searching for who to block book with.

The front desk staff was amazing, especially Alana and Sandra. The hotel is located within walking distance to Costco, TJ maxx, Ross, Ulta, Five below and a variety of eateries. The room accommodations are spacious. The beds are okay, but the pillows are floppy. The environment was clean. The workout room and pool area is small. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
